Norwich

James M. Motowidtak, 57, of 120 Cliff St., #4, was charged Jan. 21 with breach of peace.

Cecil J. Mills, 33, of 55 Prentice St. was charged Jan. 27 with two counts each of violation of a restraining order and criminal violation of a protective order, and one count each of second-degree threatening, first-degree criminal trespass and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Crystal L. Goggin, 32, of 89 School St., #3, was charged Jan. 27 with second-degree larceny of a motor vehicle.

Donald Fowler, 43, of 52 Quarto Road was charged Jan. 21 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree criminal mischief.

Henri W. Labonte III, 30, of 175 Broadway, #2, was charged Jan. 24 with criminal violation of a protective order.

Krystal Bradicich, 35, of 786 Plainfield Road, Jewett City, was charged Jan. 27 with three counts of violation of probation.

Erik C. Johnson, 47, of 38 Mowry Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening.

Maico St. Vil, 29, of 70 Central Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Kevin L. Fraser, 50, of 50 Palmer St., #2 was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Tristan Watters, 35, of 48 Addison St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without minimum insurance.
