Shayne K. Curtiss, 22, of 9 Denison Ave., New London, was charged Friday with evading responsibility, driving without a license and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Anthony Nelson, 53, of 38 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ricardo V. Ocasio, 38, of 576 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with being a fugitive from justice.

Joseph Casimono, 57, of 2 Oil Mill Road, Waterford, was charged Monday in Montville on two warrants with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jose A. Degracia, 51, of 24 Mopsic St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Montville on a warrant with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Melissa M. Miller, 25, of Voluntown was charged Monday in Voluntown with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Brian R. Carvalho, 42, of Voluntown was charged Monday in Voluntown with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

Johnny Ortiz, 50, of 986 Norwich New London Turnpike, Montville, was charged Sunday in Montville with assault on a public safety personnel.  

Shannon M. Harmon, 50, of 55 E. Haddam Road, Salem, was charged Jan. 26 in Griswold with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-first offense.

Devin M. Roy, 19, of Moosup, was charged Thursday on a warrant with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny.

Ronald A. Speed, 55, of Voluntown was charged Jan. 27 in Griswold with third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and on a warrant with third-degree larceny and third-degree robbery.

Alexander C. Vaughn, 33, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Jan. 26 in Norwich with assault on a public safety/EMT/transit/health personnel, criminal attempt of escape from custody and second-degree breach of peace.

Sun T. Prezioso, 63, of East Greenwich, R.I., was charged Jan. 22 in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Karina Muradyan, 37, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Jan. 25 in Montville with risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree threatening. 

Kelsey A. Bourque, 27, of 416 Dennison Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Jan. 26 in Griswold on a warrant with second-degree failure to appear in court.
