Julio Serrano, 52, of 623 Bank St., Apt. B, was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of protective order.

Kayleigh Cabral, 33, of 12 Robinson St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Edwin Ivey, 38, of 202 Colman St. was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Adonis Kovalik, 18, of 74 Fitch Ave. was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt at home invasion, possession of burglar's tools, risk of injury, third-degree criminal mischief, carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree harassment and breach of peace.

Craig Cobb, 48, of 180 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Tuesday with operating motor vehicle with revoked license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Elsa L. Muscarella, 22, of 184 Yantic Road was charged Saturday with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Ismael Collazo, 41, of 134 Broadway, Apt. 1, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening and unauthorized possession of controlled substances: narcotics.

Cameron Minney, 20, of Colchester was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and violation of protective order.
