Andrew Candales, 50, of 55 Otis St., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Dennis Hedges, 43, of 488 N. Main St. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

State police - Montville

Thomas A. Liberatore, 64, of Bridgeport was charged Sunday in Montville with failure to comply with fingerprint requirements and assault on a public safety, EMT, transit or health care personnel.

Stonington

Robin E. Dyer, 22, of Naugatuck was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Kaeli Blaine, 30, of 249 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, driving without a license, driving without minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to have lights lit.
