Norwich police seek two suspects in robbery on Yantic Street
Norwich — Police are seeking a suspect in a robbery Thursday in the area of 166 Yantic St., which is the address for Indian Leap Apartments.
At 6:57 p.m., Norwich police said officers responded to a report of suspicious activity. An anonymous 911 caller reported two people in ski masks with a gun were near the Dumpsters at that location. Police arrived to find a man who stated he was robbed. The victim was not injured.
In a statement, police said the robbery is believed to be isolated to those involved and not a threat to the general public’s safety. The investigation remains open and ongoing, police said.
