Michael Plouff, 42, of 10 Meadow Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to display plates.

Fabian Hadley-Velazquez, 22, of Westfield, Mass., was charged April 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Cesar Garcia-Reinoso, 46, of 56 Lincoln Ave. was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and driving without a license.

David Brunelle, 51, of 133 Fort Shantok Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
Jason D. Golden, 44, of Greensburg, Pa., was charged Thursday Montville with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Christine J. Armstrong, 55, of Sprague, was charged Friday in Lisbon with possession of narcotics and sixth-degree larceny.
Brian P. Dufficy, 48, of Plainfield, was charged Saturday in Griswold with violation of protective order.

Matthew M. Santiago, 42, of 19 Lathrop Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, failure to drive right, interfering with a police officer and being a negligent pedestrian in a roadway.

Seth Kuhn, 49, of 6 Reynolds Lane, was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics, driving with a suspended license, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
