Neil D. Roma, 20, of 221 Ridgewood Drive was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Justin M. Lowenstrom, 46, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with interfering with officer/resisting arrest, false report concerning injury/death, misuse of the emergency 911 system - false alarm, and second-degree threatening.

Gregory R. Geiger, 27, of Suffield was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper turn/stop signaling.

Genesha P. Wallace, 29, of Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Jason A. Domin, 45, of 91 Buddington Road, No. 113, was charged April 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traffic control signal violation and failure to drive in proper lane.

Reno Cyr, 31, of 192 Morse Ave. was charged April 22 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Shawn R. Butler, 46, of 268 Prospect St. was charged April 22 with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, disobeying an officer’s signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian P. Hahnel, 35, of Salem was charged Thursday with violation of a standing criminal protection order.

Pavlos Karakatsanis, 42, of Griswold was charged April 22 in Griswold on a warrant with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Emeline M. McKeown, 34, of 28 Stanton St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without minimum insurance.
