Amber Whitmire, 35, of 242 Nautilus Drive, #109, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and assault on an elderly person.

Alvin J. Ramos, 51, of 301 Buddington Road, Lot 35, Groton, was charged Friday in Sprague with second-degree harrassment and second-degree threatening.

Gasper Hernandez, 68, of 27 Tilly St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Hunter J. Spiegel, 27, of Bristol, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.  

Waterford

James King, 34, of Squire Street, New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.
