State Police - Montville

Bryan McCray, 34, of 17 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Norwich on a warrant with failure to register as a sex offender.

Albertha Fletcher, 70, of 84 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Thursday in New London with reckless driving.

Cleon Powell, 26, of Bridgeport, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mark A. Diamond, 51, of Sprague, was charged Friday in Sprague with risk of injury to a child.

Robert Schwarz, 49, of New Milford, was charged Saturday in Montville with two counts of sale of narcotics and violation of a protective order.

Vincent A. Fasano, 32, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 31, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault.

Stephen W. Smith, 54, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 28, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

Benjamin Soper, 22, of Canaan, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
