Free course to show how to stretch food budget

Stonington - The Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center will sponsor a free course over the next four Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon in which participants will learn how to stretch their food budget.

Karen Wilmes, of KouponKaren.com, will be the guest speaker and discuss topics such as how to use coupons, getting things for free or next to free, planning shopping trips, saving money by shopping online and how to find free samples. Every participant will receive their own coupon organization system. To sign up, call Valerie Goncalves at (860) 599-3285 x13.
