    Norwich celebrates new harbor docks and ramp, long-awaited Reid & Hughes renovations
    The city on Wednesday celebrated the completion of a $1.3 million docks and handicapped ramp at Norwich Harbor and the start of a $4.9 million project to renovate the former Reid & Hughes building into apartments.
