Winter wonderland: Cirque Dreams comes to Mohegan Sun

Holiday entertainment isn’t over yet. Cirque Dreams Celebration is still offering seasonal fun during wide-ranging shows at Mohegan Sun Arena.

These family-friendly performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday are high-flying spectacles — acrobats twirling and twisting, aerialists soaring through the air, jugglers keeping objects aloft. Singers, dancers, toy soldiers and reindeer are all part of the fun, too, and the soundtrack includes everything from “Deck the Halls” to “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.”

Organizers note, too, that this year’s show boasts new sets and storylines.

Cirque Dreams Celebration, 7 p.m. Thurs.-Sat., Mohegan Sun Arena; tickets start at $41; mohegansun.com.
