Lisbon man charged with risk of injury, first-degree sexual assault

State police charged a 27-year-old Lisbon man in Stafford following an investigation of a report from an 11-year-old girl of a sexual relationship with her mother's live-in boyfriend.
Timothy A. Miceli of 37 River Street in Lisbon was charged on Friday with six counts of risk of injury and six counts of first-degree sexual assault.
The Connecticut State Police Eastern District Major Crime Squad investigated the case.
Police said Miceli was held in lieu of a $750,000 bond and is due in G.A. 19 Courthouse in Rockville on Tuesday.
