    • The New England Black Wolves have signed defenseman Stephen Hoar to a one-year contract. Hoar has played in 163 games in 11 seasons in the National Lacrosse League. He played five full seasons with Toronto, then split the 2014 season between Toronto and Philadelphia.

"Stephen's a great addition to the team," Black Wolves assistant general manager Rich Lisk said. "Stephen played with us in Philadelphia and is someone we've been eyeing for a while.
