Amber S. Burke, 36, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, No. 26, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stephen V. Zelepos, 20, of 639 Route 184, Stonington, was charged Sunday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, improper parking, driving a motor vehicle by a minor having elevated blood alcohol content, and use of drug paraphernalia.

Wilfredo Pacheco, 58, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

William Rivera, 37, of 40 Gorton St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary and disorderly conduct.

Christopher Oborski, 37, of 202 Colman St., Apt. 810, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Ysaura Lopez, 20, of 556 Jefferson Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Elijah Aposto, 18, of 185 Sandy Lane was charged Saturday with failure to obey traffic signal, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Erik J. Gilstad, 37, of Wingdale, N.Y., was charged Monday in Preston with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Matthew J. Yaworski, 30, of 12 Harrington Drive, Plainfield, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with illegal possession of a narcotic.

Jennifer L. Lake, 37, of 102 Stonington Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Winston A. Brown, 39, of West Haven was charged Saturday in Montville with driving while under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Andres R. Sosa, 37, of 986 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Montville, was charged Friday in Montville with possession of a weapon/dangerous instrument in a correctional facility.

Dorothy A. Gutaj, 54, of 28 Pachuag River Drive, Griswold, was charged June 10 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
