East Lyme police arrest woman after attack with folding knife

East Lyme — Police arrested a woman on home invasion and other charges Monday after she barged into a man’s home and attacked him with a folding knife, according to a police department news release.
Tina Brooks-Wolff, 37, of no certain address, was charged with home invasion, second-degree assault, criminal attempt at first-degree assault and criminal violation of a protective order, the release said.
The man, who was acquainted with Brooks-Wolff, suffered a facial wound in the attack at about 9:30 a.m., the release said.
