Should we consider this Joel Hodgson’s farewell tour?

Or is it a farewell tour like Cher’s and KISS’s, which never actually means having to say goodbye?

Whatever the case, Hodgson has said this is his final live tour performing “Mystery Science Theater 3000,” the cult-classic TV show that he created and stars in.

So if it is his last tour, get yourself to the Garde Arts Center on Sunday to see him lead the wackiness and snark that is “Mystery Science Theater 3000.” This tour is called “The Great Cheesy Movie Circus Tour,” and the spectacularly subpar film being shown is the Jean-Claude van Damme vehicle “No Retreat, No Surrender.”

Of course, Hodgson and the “Mystery Science Theater 3000” robots will comment on the movie. And the audience will howl.
