    Daniel A. Rodriguez, 27, of 122 Third Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive right.

    David M. Platt, 31, of 84 Litton Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to carry an insurance card.

    John R. Negron, 25, of 59 Linden St., New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment and risk of injury to a minor.

    Melissa S. Montes, 26, of 163 Mather Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Victor X. Campos-Valle, 26, of 159 Mather Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Yasmin Rosado, 25, of 159 Mather Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

    Julie A. Lee, 21, of 97 Branford Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Alicia M. Massari, 27, of 63 Branford Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

    Louis B. Zubek, 60, of 751 Poquonnock Road was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

    Shane M. Maurice, 34, of 46 Moore Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Ruben L. Delgado, 40, of 434 Cow Hill Road, Mystic, was charged April 10 with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

    Thomas F. Regan, 56, of 63 Niles Hill Road, Apt. C6, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    April L. Espinosa, 36, of 202 Colman St., Apt. 601, was charged Wednesday with two counts of breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    NorwichWayne Sylvestri, 42, of Canterbury was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.State Police - Montville

    Frank Swaney, 63, of 161 Bishop Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Mary Elizabeth Price, 29, of 112 Brookside Lane, Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

    Benjamin L. Dillinger, 24, of 22 Jolly Lane, Westerly, was charged Thursday with breach of peace and driving with a suspended license.

    Michael O. Desalvo, 30, of Lowell, Mass., was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Raymond Rice, 27, of 40 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Dame Samb, 27, of New York, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny, credit card theft, conspiracy to commit a crime, second-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft and unlawful possession of a personal identifying information access device.

    Loretta Brown, 71, of 15 Charles St., New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
