Police logs - July 27, 2013

New London

Jacob Edgar, 26, of Elms Hotel, Niantic, was charged Thursday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua Arroyo, 24, of 83 Mather Ave., Unit 21, Groton, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Morningstar A. Arroyo, 28, of 123 Jefferson Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Brittany W. Cook, 24, of 9 Wausau Place was charged Friday with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

Benjamin Chavis, 37, of 241 Elm St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.


Brenton Barrio, 46, of 401 W. Thames St. was charged Wednesday with misuse of 911 and failure to submit to fingerprints.

David Walshe, 46, of Coventry, R.I., was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Simon Perry, 38, of 85 Oneco St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of marijuana.

Eric Cherry, 30, of 45 Coit St. was charged Friday with driving under suspension and suspended registration.

Chadwick Emery, 21, of 54 Church St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

State Police - Montville

Mark Miller, 43, of 58 Avery Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Thursday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.
