David J. Beaulieu, 58, of 56 Sunnyhill Drive., Apt. D4, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Damon H. Ball, 56, of Rye, N.Y., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

William A. Schafter, 64, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, second-degree breach of peace, two counts of interfering with a police officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Nicholas Egersdorf, 19, of Rochester, Minn., was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer.

Dennis H. Higgins, 50, of 288 Ocean Ave. was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, two counts of assault on a police officer, two counts of third-degree assault, interfering with a police officer and second-degree breach of peace.

Shayne A. Buckley, 37, of 1500 Route 12 Lot 19, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor.

Hunter Holt, 19, of Kingsport, Tenn., was charged Sunday with third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer.

Stacy Mayor, 38, of 77 Franklin St. Apt. 3 was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, third-degree strangulation and risk of injury to a minor.

Christopher Lesso, 55, of 16 Penobscot St. was charged Saturday with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin and possession of crack cocaine.

Gregory Paulus, 31, of West Haven, was charged Aug. 19 in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Robert W. Nicoll, 27, of Canterbury, was charged Aug. 19 in Voluntown with interfering with a police officer, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Justin Ryan, 23, of 281 Gardner Ave., Apt. C6, New London, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana.

Leif J. Erick, 24, of 752 Voluntown Road, Jewett City, was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Candice Jacobson, 20, of 168 Case St., Norwich, was charged Thursday in Norwich with reckless driving and operation of a motor vehicle by a minor with elevated blood alcohol content.

Dylan R. Piacenza, 19, of 31 Gifford Lane, Bozrah, was charged Thursday in Montville with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor with elevated blood alcohol content.

Gary A. St. John, 50, of 230 Taylor Hill Road, Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

Hector R. Bueno, 24, of 11 Gregory Road, Apt. K, Norwich, was charged Thursday in Montville with breach of peace, second-degree stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Aaron D. Blackiston, 25, of Portsmouth, R.I., was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kaylie Adamowicz, 23, of 607a Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Darren L. Carter, 46, of 20 School St. Apt. 2, New London was charged Saturday in Ledyard with criminal violation of a protective order.

Tammy A. Casselberry, 36, of 226 Nautilius Drive, New London, was charged Saturday in Ledyard with criminal violation of a protective order.

Gianna L. Raffa, 22, of Worcester, Mass., was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

Mateo Montes-Muniz, 51, of 271 Connecticut Ave., Apt 1, New London, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Leonard A. Rackett, 58, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 7, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
