 East Lyme

Richard Tolerico, 46, of 14 Winthrop Drive was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

David Donatello, 30, of 19 Joval St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Groton Town

Allisha M. Savitsky, 20, of 1 Pequot Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court and first-degree failure to appear in court.

Andrew W. Gage, 21, of Canterbury was charged Tuesday with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to obey a control signal, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.

Mohegan Tribal Police

Anthony Calder, 42, of West Haven was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer.

Christopher Thoummaraj, 51, of Lowell, Mass., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Inthava Thoummaraj, 46, of Lowell, Mass., was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Alphonse Dubreuil, 48, of 36 Allyn Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Timothy Normandin, 29, of Lowell, Mass., was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Quy D. Tran, 70, of Waterbury was charged Saturday with evading responsibility.

Marcia E. Riley, 54, of Hamden was charged March 12 with reckless driving.

Gage D. Tackling, 20, of 180 Pamela Ave., Groton, was charged March 12 with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

Joshua Gluck, 22, of 58 Division St., Norwich, was charged March 10 with first-degree criminal trespass and three counts violation of probation.

Stonington

Richard L. Babulusky, 28, of Plainfield was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle E. Janeiro, 24, of 52 Somersett Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Anthony C. Brown, 33, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, failure to drive right, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

State police - Montville

Brent Fontaine, 25, of Canterbury was charged Sunday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anthony Hall, 25, of Boston was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with interfering with police, speeding, refusal to show license, driving without a license and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Waterford

Steven Mobley, 47, of 438 Boston Post Road was charged Monday with failure to have tail lamps and driving with suspended license.

Lisa Azevedo, 34, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
