LEARN announces graduations this week
LEARN, a regional educational service center, has announced graduations will take place this week at schools operated by LEARN in Norwich, New London and Waterford.
Three Rivers Middle College in Norwich will host its high school graduation at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Three Rivers Community College campus.
This is the largest graduating class in the school's history with 35 students graduating, with a 100 percent college placement for the class, according to a news release.
The Dual Language & Arts Magnet Middle School in Waterford will host its graduation at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the school.
The ceremony is held to honor students who have completed their time at the school and have graduated eighth grade.
The Regional Multicultural Magnet School in New London will host its annual Moving On ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Garde Arts Center in New London.
The ceremony is held to culminate the end of the year and send off fifth-grade students with a graduation-type ceremony.
Parents and friends are invited to attend the ceremonies.
