Manuel Mercado, 28, of 32 North Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Johnathan Allen, 33, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, failure to have insurance, driving with a suspended license and improper use of marker plates.

Dylan Aikens, 36, of 29 Carroll Court, New London, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Javier Cardoza, 28, of 140 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making a restricted turn, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, breach of peace, second-degree violation of conditions of release and interfering with an officer.

Elizabeth Gardiner, 56, of Hopkinton, R.I., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and use of improper signal.

Traci Algiere, 46, of 90 North St., Unit 1B, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dominique Torres, 33, of 157 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Anthony Yraita, 25, of 3 Thames Terrace was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.
