Michael Fleming, 45, of 21 W. Town St., Norwich, was charged Wednesday with evading the scene of an accident involving injury or property damage, reckless driving, failing to drive at a reasonable distance and insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements.

Anna Thompson, 25, of 38 Summer St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief and criminal violation of a protective order.

Cassandra Calkins, 37, of 70 Thames St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny, illegal use of another person's credit card and first-degree identity theft.

Karl Theodore, 19, of 287 Main St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with operation of a motor vehicle with a refused, suspended or revoked license and speeding.
