Groton City

Michael R. Dejesus, 32, of 131 Branford Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and disregarding sign or marking in a no-passing zone.

John Jenneings Summersett Jr., 38, of 322 Shennecossett Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief. 

Joshua Daniel Plantier, 30, of 3 Constitutional Place was charged Monday with interference with an emergency call and second-degree breach of peace.

Randy G. Gittens, 39, of 46 Branford Ave. was charged Monday on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.

Charles R. Mclean, 32, of 26 Hynes Ave. was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Norwich

Emily Aponte, 21, of 59 Coit St., Apt. 11, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal damage to a landlord’s property.

Brian Howe, 37, of 80S Chestnut St. was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order and tampering with a witness.

Jennifer Schrep, 28, of 16 Spaulding St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Karina Muradyan, 36, of 79 Hamilton Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with breach of peace, interfering with police and possession of an open container of alcohol in public.

Waterford

Delbert Street, 58, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Brian Edwards, 35, of 43 Boston Post Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Joshua Casado, 19, of 94 Old Colchester Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.
