Sure, you know Lenny Clarke from his acting roles. He was Uncle Teddy on “Rescue Me,” and he’s been on TV in everything from “The John Larroquette Show” to “It’s All Relative” and in movies ranging from “Fever Pitch” to “Monument Ave.”
But he started out as a standup, which explains his wicked way with comic dialogue. (Or, since he’s from Boston, maybe we should say wicked-good way?)
Clarke brings his standup to Comix Roadhouse this weekend, and you should expect lots of laughs.
Lenny Clarke, 8 p.m. Thurs. and Fri., 6 and 8 p.m. Sat., Comix Roadhouse, Mohegan Sun; $20-$45 Thurs., $25-$55 other days; comixroadhouse.com.
