Ammerman Center presents Quince vocal ensemble

Connecticut College will host the Quince Contemporary Vocal Ensemble on Monday and Tuesday as part of the Ammerman Center’s “The Body and Technology” Colloquia Series. The events are free and open to the public.

The ensemble is an all-female, artist-run vocal quartet specializing in experimental repertoire for voices.

The colloquia’s headlining event on Monday, “Entrepreneurship in Contemporary Music,” will give Quince the opportunity to discuss their experiences in the American contemporary music scene. The event will take place at 4:30 p.m. in Olin Science Center 014. On Tuesday the ensemble will present “Machine Music” in Evans Hall at the Cummings Art Center with Camel Heard at 7:30 p.m.
