New London library hosts cookbook club
The Public Library of New London has a Tasty Reads Cookbook Club, with a meeting set for 12:30-1:30 p.m. Dec. 5.
The club is expected to appeal to people who love browsing through cookbooks and trying new recipes, as well as sampling and sharing new dishes.
The current cookbook selection is “Barefoot Contessa Foolproof: Recipes You Can Trust by Ina Garten.” Books are available for checkout.
