    NFA's Outlow commits to Boston College

    Norwich Free Academy junior Marcus Outlow has made a verbal commitment to attend Boston College, several recruiting sites, including Eagleaction.com are reporting.

    Outlow, who has been on the radar of several major programs, will play for Connecticut native Steve Addazio, the school’s new football coach.

    Outlow led the Wildcats to the Class LL state championship game last season
