Groton — Fitch beat Stonington 12-11 in four overtimes in a boys' lacrosse game on Saturday morning.

Tate Gordon and James Miner scored three goals each, Evan Salen had two goals and four assists and Evan Hicks made 27 saves for Fitch (8-6). Eli Walters had two goals and an assist, Boden Frost and John Luethy had a goal and an assist each and Gordon had two assists for the Falcons.

Tyler Simao led Stonington (9-7) with four goals, Cam Elenteny had three goals and two assists, Nathan Mahoney had a goal and three assists, William Banfield made 21 saves, Ben Massengale scored twice and Jake Flynn had two assists.

• Anthony Stone scored six goals while C.J. Landry added three goals and three assists to highlight Waterford's 14-7 nonleague win over Old Lyme. Terrance Silva also scored two goals for the Lancers (13-3) while Trevor Stringer had one goal and two assists, Jackson Huta and Ayden Bousquet each had one goal and one assist, and goalie Jake Kozlowski had an assist while stopping 14 shots. Nick Cox had four goals and an assist for the Wildcats (8-8), Brendan O'Brien and Masson Bussman each had one goal and one assist and Sam Mullaney had two assists.

• Williams School won the Housatonic Valley Athletic League tournament championship with a 17-6 win over the Harvey School (N.Y.) on Friday. Robbie Darling had four goals and an assist for the Blues, who finish 10-4, while goalie Colby Potts made 22 saves. Cody Delaurentis added two goals and five assists for Williams while Brian Li and Brendan Li each scored three goals and Erik Howey added two goals and an assist.

Girls' lacrosse

• Goalie Elaina Brookhart made 12 saves in Fitch's 11-8 nonleague loss to Simsbury. Rita Sefransky scored five goals for the Falcons, who finish the regular season 9-7, while Nora Casey and Sophia Clang each had one goal and one assist.

Baseball

• Jacob Ambrose pitched a complete game with six strikeouts as Bacon Academy defeated NFA 7-2. Alex Pulse was 3-for-4 and drove in four runs for the Bobcats (17-3) and A.J. Blanchette had two doubles with an RBI. Bryson Plante had two hits and drove in a run for NFA (6-14).

• Jay Grzysiewicz struck out nine over six innings as Killingly defeated New London 6-0. Isaiah Plaza went 2-for-3 for the Whalers (10-10).

• Aidan Ward pitched a complete-game three-hitter as Old Lyme edged Haddam-Killingworth 2-1 in the Shoreline Conference. The Wildcats (10-10, 9-8) trailed 1-0 in the fifth when they rallied for two runs with two outs, taking the lead on Jimmy Creagan's bases-loaded single. Creagan and Casey Hurtgen had two hits apiece.

• Norwich Tech beat Wheeler 11-9 in a nonleague game. Josh Hanks and Navarro Dip had two hits each for Norwich Tech (13-7). Sean Bergel was 5-for-5 two RBI, Kyle Kessler was 4-for-5 three three doubles and scored three runs, James Main singled, homered and drove in three runs and Matt Pierce had two hits for Wheeler (6-11).

• Jared Russo and Mike Incontro each had two hits (including doubles) with three RBI and two runs scored as Lyman Memorial routed Windham Tech 17-1 in five innings. Winning pitcher Ben Darrow pitched a one-hitter with one walk and 11 strikeouts for the Bulldogs (15-5) while Jeremiah Bobbi added three hits and two runs and Nick Ortiz had two hits and three runs.

Softball

• Cayla Beverly pitched a one-hitter and six out six as Stonington defeated Wheeler 15-0 in a five-inning game. Maddy Stepski was 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and three runs for the Bears (15-3) while Olivia Haberek was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI, Adriana Rodriguez was 2-for-3 with an RBI and Hannah Nulick had two hits.

• Kassidy LaTour pitched a one-hitter while contributing a double, triple, three runs and an RBI as Lyman Memorial defeated Norwich Tech 18-1 in four innings. Rayne Bobbi was 2-for-3 with a double, three runs and two RBI for the Bulldogs (16-4) while Loretta Svedarsky was 2-for-3 with two runs and three RBI. Norwich Tech is 13-4.

• McKynzi Dawson and Charlotte Cabral pitched complete-game shutouts as Fitch defeated Old Saybrook (15-0) and Killingly (8-0). Dawson allowed only one hit and struckout nine against Old Saybrook for the Falcons (12-7) and also had two hits and two RBI. Cabral scattered four hits against Killingly with 13 strikeouts. Grace Jenkins added two hits in the Old Saybrook game and Sydney Lions was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI against Killingly.

• Christyna Winstead and Lily Corrice provided the offensive spark as Montville defeated Windham 11-0 in an ECC Division III game. Winstead and Corrice both had three hits for Montville (6-13, 3-5), including a double and home run, while Taryn Feragne added an RBI double.

Boys' tennis

• Matthew Turrisi won a third set tiebreaker 10-8 at No. 2 singles to highlight Stonington's 5-2 win over Old Lyme. Tucker Callahan and Chase Donnarummo also won singles matches for the Bears (12-4) as did the doubles teams of Conrad Tobiassen-Joshua Lord and Sam Lund-Peter Schoenecker. Will Danes won at No. 3 singles for the Wildcats (13-5) as did the doubles team of Leland Hine-Alis Bicic.

Girls' tennis

• Singles wins by Julie Mielguj, Charlotte Beaulieu and Maddie Beaulieu helped Fitch beat St. Bernard 5-2. Izzy Ash and Nicole Cardona won their doubles matches for the Falcons (11-5) while Blake Murray won her No. 1 singles match for the Saints (6-7) and their No. 1 doubles team of Sasha Manzione-Yaila Gutierrez won 7-6, 6-7, 7-6.

• Shayla Roche won her No. 4 singles match 6-2, 6-1, NFA's lone win in a 6-1 loss to Woodstock in an ECC Division II match. The Wildcats are 8-7, 5-3.

Girls' golf

• NFA split a tri-match on Friday, beating Bacon Academy 216-239 while losing to Manchester 202-216. Keira Kotula shot a 50 to lead NFA while Mia Belcamino and Gianna Duckworth each shot 53 for Bacon.
