Navy in need of better caliber leaders

Every day I am left with more questions than answers after watching and reading the news. I am a Navy veteran who is proud of our Navy and my service time. Today’s question: Where does our Commander-in-Chief find these people? (Maybe because I am a senior citizen I was told but forgot). The acting Navy secretary (since resigned) addressing the crew of the USS Theodore Roosevelt and ranting on, swearing and calling the fired captain of the ship “too naive or too stupid” to be in charge of an aircraft carrier.

Now, that stunt was stupid! Like my wife once told me, “You can't fix stupid.”
