Lamont should leave businesses and citizens alone to make decisions

This letter concerns Gov. Ned Lamont's decision to impose punitive fines on struggling businesses. It is absurd. I am a citizen of Connecticut and I do not need governmental protection. Stick to the normal business of governing and allow citizens to live freely and independently.
