The Connecticut State Supreme Court has again done a disservice to our state's citizenry. The death penalty ruling allows 11 heinous convicted murderers to escape their sentences. They will be allowed to become life prisoners. The court wrote that the death penalty “no longer comports with contemporary standards of decency.”
Do the Cheshire killers and the other nine men deserve a chance to live while their innocent victims were slaughtered? Would the judges have voted the same if Adam Lanza lived?
