East Lyme Democrats open campaign headquarters

East Lyme — The Democratic Town Committee will open its new headquarters at 55 Pennsylvania Ave. on Saturday.

State Sen. Andrea Stillman, D-Waterford, and state Rep. Ed Jutila, D-East Lyme, both candidates for reelection on the November ballot, will do the ribbon cutting at 2:30 p.m.

Candidates seeking statewide office on Nov. 2 also will be on hand to greet people. Everyone is welcome to attend the grand opening and light refreshments will be served.
