New London police seek help finding missing 14-year-old girl

New London — Police on Friday night issued a Silver Alert for Rose Melendez, 14, of New London.
Police described Melendez as an endangered runaway, noting she had been missing since Friday. Police said Melendez was 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 150 pounds.
