New London students to open popup restaurant on Tuesday

New London — Students from Chef Tomm Johnson's Whaler Café, a culinary program at New London High School, are hosting a popup restaurant in New London on Tuesday.
The popup will appear at RD86, a restaurant at 86 Golden St., from 5 to 8 p.m., with a full menu. For more details, visit www.facebook.com/WhalerCafe/
