    Norwich fifth graders participate in cleanup for Earth Day

    Norwich — Fifth-grade students participated in a cleanup at John B. Stanton School on Thursday, which is Earth Day.

    Teacher Kerry Sas said it's an annual tradition for the fifth grade classes to spend time cleaning up around the school to celebrate the day dedicated to environmental activism.
