New generation carries on tradition of visiting Waterford park
Waterford — Robert Esposito was walking with his grandson Eli Long, 3, both of Waterford, as Eli was riding a bicycle with training wheels Wednesday at Harkness Memorial State Park.
"I've been coming here since I was his age," Esposito said. He said the park is one of his family's favorites and they have been frequently coming for walks, beach visits and picnics his whole life.
