    Friends & Neighbors: Three attorneys join Halloran Sage law firm

    Halloran Sage law firm has announced that New London-based attorney Joseph Meaney and colleagues John Murphy and Kyle Pavlick, formerly of Cranmore, Fitzgerald & Meaney, LLC, have joined the law firm, which has offices in New London, Hartford, Danbury, Middletown, and New Haven; Springfield, Mass.; and Washington, D.C.

    Attorneys Meaney, Murphy and Pavlick have represented the legal needs of businesses and financial institutions throughout the Northeast since 1986, offering clients guidance in a wide range of litigation, corporate governance and business, and real estate and finance matters. Within their practice, the firm has represented clients in state and federal courts in a variety of disputes, including those arising from bank fraud, secured transactions, lender liability, fiduciary duty, personal injury, legal malpractice, construction defect claims, and other contractual and business disputes. The firm has also advised on corporate matters, including joint ventures, financing transactions, workout and restructuring transactions, and ERISA matters.

    They also have represented lenders in real estate and commercial asset-based lending, lease negotiations, workouts and resolutions of troubled loans, as well as refinancing and foreclosure matters.

    The three attorneys join with the firm’s nearly 80 others to serve a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, closely held businesses, institutional and private investors, governmental units, public and private universities, and other non-profit organizations.
