    Friends & Neighbors: Kepple honored for distinguished service as probate judge

    At the annual meeting of the Connecticut Probate Judges Assembly, Attorney Nicholas Kepple of Suisman Shapiro Attorneys-at-Law was recognized for his 10 years of service as judge for the Southeastern Region consisting of Groton, North Stonington, Stonington and Ledyard.

    The meeting was held at the Connecticut Supreme Court with opening remarks from Chief Justice Richard Robinson.

    Attorney Kepple said in a release, “I now look forward to practicing law full time with my colleagues in the Probate Department at Suisman Shapiro as we help people create an estate plan, administer a family member’s estate or pursue litigation in the Probate Court involving wills or trusts.”

    Suisman Shapiro is the largest law firm in eastern Connecticut. The firm employs more than 50 legal professionals in two offices located in New London and Pawcatuck.
