    Please be patient as we update our website

    We went live Wednesday afternoon with the changes to our website that we mentioned earlier this week.

    We’re working out the “bugs” that are preventing some of you from accessing our content.

    We’re switching over to a new content management system, which is the software that helps us create and publish content, as well as a new subscription management service that our readers will use to manage their accounts.

    We’re working with both of our vendors to get the new systems up and running properly as soon as possible.

    Some of our subscribers received an invalid link to reset their passwords, though hundreds of you were able to log on successfully. If you’re continuing to have problems Thursday, call our Member Services staff at (860) 701-4400.

    Please be patient as we work to fix these issues.
