Members of the public will get a chance to comment on Mohegan Sun Massachusetts, the $1.3 billion resort casino proposed for Revere, Mass., at a public hearing from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, in Revere.
The Massachusetts Gaming Commission will conduct the hearing, as well as a similar one the following day on Wynn Resorts' plan to build a $1.6 billion resort casino in the neighboring city of Everett.
The commission now expects to award the Greater Boston casino license to either Mohegan Sun or Wynn by Aug. 29 at the earliest or Sept. 12 at the latest.
