Carolyn Welch recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. She will be based at the Bank’s Lending Center in Glastonbury. Most recently, Welch was Senior Vice President, Market Manager–Business Banking at Citizens Bank. Prior to that, she was a Commercial Loan Officer at Community Investment Corporation.
