Rebecca Elizabeth Figler, the daughter of Wendy Figler of Guilford and the late E. Neal Figler of Madison, is engaged to wed Nicholas Carlyle Kostich, the son of Lori and Walter Kostich of Madison.

The future bride is a graduate of The Country School and Daniel Hand High School in Madison. She earned a bachelor’s of fine arts in illustration with minors in creative writing and art education from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, Massachusetts. She teaches high school art in Groton, Massachusetts.

The future groom is also a graduate of Daniel Hand High School. He earned a bachelor’s of arts with a double major in education and biology from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hamphire. He teaches high school science in Ashburnham, Massachusetts.

A June wedding is planned.
