Robert C. Recca, Sr.

Robert C. Recca, Sr., 81, of East Haven, beloved husband of Barbara Bell Recca, passed away on Oct.1 in Apple Rehab Laurelwoods.

He was the loving father of Kevin Recca of East Haven, Betty Jean (Thomas) Mulligan of Hawthorne, New Jersey, and the late Robert C. Recca, Jr. He was grandfather of Alyssa and Sean Mulligan and Justin and Ryan Recca. He was the brother of Harold Recca of Florida.

Robert was born in the Bronx on May 31, 1933, son of the late Joseph and Jeanette Rubior Recca. Prior to his retirement, Robert was the parts manager for Schiavone Scrap Metal and also an Army veteran of WWII.
