Leah M. Feliciano, 32, of 16 Hamast Ave., Waterford, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Corina J. Zukowski, 21, of 15 Overlook Drive, Waterford, was charged Sunday with risk of injury to a minor, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Maria Gonzalez, 24, of 19 Terrace Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

David A. Robinette, 22, of 34 Hurlbutt Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Samuel R. Carter, 25, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Wilson, 18, of 40 Popple Bridge Road, Griswold was charged Monday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs by a minor.

Deborah S. Dutton, 61, of 160 Old Evarts Lane, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ethel Rogers, 62, of 7 Jackson Ave., Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

James McKinnon, 53, homeless, was charged Sunday with third-degree robbery, third-degree assault and sixth-degree larceny.
