UPDATED: Interstate 395 in Norwich reopens after multi-vehicle accident

Norwich — The right lane of Interstate 395 south between Exits 80 and 81 has reopened following a three-car accident that occurred around 1 p.m., the state Department of Transportation said.

Information on injuries was not immediately available.
