    Groton City

    Orlando N. Perez, 58, of 193 Thames St. was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

    A 15-year-old juvenile was charged Saturday with carrying and sale of a dangerous weapon and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance.

    Kayla L. Ripani, 26, of 45 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and interfering with a officer.

    Allen W. Coates, 28, of 181 Iron St., Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and interfering with a police officer.

    Groton Town

    Robert J. May, 54, of Deep River, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a restraining order, first-degree stalking and second-degree harassment.

    Jairo J. Figueroa, 28, of 105 White Rock Road, Westerly, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to signal properly, making an improper turn and driving without a license.

    Kyle R. Morin, 29, of Guilford, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey an officer and reckless driving.

    Gina Gabinetti, 21, of 7 Jackson Ave., Mystic, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Alaina L. Reber, 24, of 135 Ledgewood Road was charged Thursday with third-degree assault.

    Derrick R. Helmer, 38, of no known address, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Joseph V. Foltz, 22, of 92 Peters Drive was charged Friday with third-degree assault, breach of peace, second-degree strangulation, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Nicole Defranco, 20, of 38 Courtland Drive was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Amber H. Lamarche, 22, of 11 Monroe Lane was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Nathan A. Lapointe, 25, of 10 Hill St., Ledyard, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    New London

    Juan M. Moscol, 45, of 28 Miner St., Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

    Stonington

    Maurice O'Rourke, 57, of 28 Garden St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Dwayne E. Pollard, 56, of 46 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonbly fast.

    Justin D. Blauvelt, 36, of 1376 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.  

    Waterford

    Everett Beltran, 23 of 63 White Rock Road, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.

    Stephanie Monteiro, 51, of 120 Walker Hill Road, groton, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Victor Pascual-Perez, 25, of 100 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
