    Groton City

    Kevin M. Kosloskey, 36, of 28 Spicer Ave., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

    Roselys Cortorreal-Carballo, 24, of 292 Meridian St. Apt. A, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Groton Town

    Michael Constantino, 50, of 27 Birch St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Marielle E. Fernando, 25, of 9 Denver Court was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, making an improper turn and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Alexander Cambrelen, 26, of 355 Long Hill Road was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Ledyard

    Jeremy Spofford, 44, of Fishers Island, N.Y., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

    New London

    Timothy Bailey, 35, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary and second-degree breach of peace.

    Melchor Ajeatas-Cor, 25, of 197 Connecticut Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to maintain the proper lane, evading responsibility, failure to carry an insurance card, driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Gregory Bohara, 30, of 26 Terrace Drive, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass, second-degree breach of peace and two counts of assault on medical personnel.

    Safwan Saeed, 25, of 105 Paul Revere Road, Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stop at a stop sign.

    Stonington

    Jon A. Tobiassen, 46, of 140 Flanders Road was charged Thursday with third-degree identity theft.

    Editor's note: Court documents show that the state dismissed Jon A. Tobiassen's charge on Jan. 30, 2018. He was not convicted of a crime.

    Roger R. Goulart, 78, of 19 Manor Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Markila A. Jasmil, 33, of 110 Post Road, Apt. 119, Westerly, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Danielle Josaih, 32, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Matthew Januszewski, 27, of 108 Hagen Road, Salem, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, driving with a suspended license and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.
