    East Lyme

    Jeremy Seidel, 43, of 13 Osprey Lane, Niantic, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, driving an unregistered vehicle, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Groton City 

    Kevin Guardado-Duarte, 18, of 11 Fieldside Drive, Apt. D, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and following too closely.

    Trudy R. Lee, 54, of 107 Benham Road, Apt. 22, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Andrew J. Hanson, 29, of 114 Mumford Ave., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and use of cellphone while driving.

    Scott Villard, 39, of Coventry, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and possession of a controlled substance.

    Groton Town

    Jadessa G. Holmes, 21, of 7 Griswold Court, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under suspension, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.

    Nathan McColl, 26, of 4 Kim Court, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey traffic control sign, and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Tina J. Kampen, 32, of Meriden, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Delores A. Monge-Melendez, 31, of 196 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane, and driving with a suspended license.

    John P. Mitchell, 32, of 18 West Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain lane.

    Collin M. Chaffee, 22, of 39 Front St., Noank, was charged Friday with second-degree threatening.

    Lexus D. Artwell, 23, of 180 Gardiner Ave., New London, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of less than a half ounce marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of illegal drugs and assault on a police officer.

    Thomas Allard, 33, of East Hartford was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Steven Paul Boertmann Jr., 28, of 83 Fanning Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Nicole M. Larosa, 24, of 164 Indiantown Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Peter H. Maurice, 56, of 66 McKinley Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.

    Tracy M. O’Hanlon, 42, of 25 South A St. was charged Friday with violation of a standing criminal protective order.

    Omar Quinones-Gonzalez, 38, of 361 Central Ave. was charged Friday with being a fugitive from justice and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Timothy W. Watrous, 27, of 120 N. Main St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of narcotics.

    Bernard J. Brodnicki, 23, of 710 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to wear a seat belt.

    Samantha S. Luca, 29, of Hoboken, N.J., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Kimberly Ganns, 49, of 11 Noami Drive, Ledyard, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
